Agreement
Introduction
This is an agreement between you, the person requesting to participate in the Clear Mind Process (‘the Process’), and me, Sean Redmond, the provider of the Process, setting out the terms on which the Process is provided and undertaken. By requesting to participate in the Process you agree with me as set out in this agreement.
Provision of the Process
I offer the Process as a voluntary service for the public benefit (not as a trade, business, profession or vocation). It’s available at my absolute discretion and I’m not obliged to provide it. The Process is not continuously or always available and the fact that I’ve done it at one time doesn’t mean I’ll do it at any other time.
I may decline a request to participate in the Process without reason or explanation.
The Process and the knowledge comprised in it, and the content of this website, are my property. These are made available and shared on an ‘as is’ basis. You agree not to use my property other than for the purposes of participating in the Process and you agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell or exploit my property or any part of it without my prior written consent.
Conduct of the Process
Each instance of the Process takes place over a period (‘Process period’) of five, ten or fifteen consecutive days.
The Process is provided on a non-profit basis for public benefit. Donations are requested as a contribution to operating costs. The suggested minimum donations below are given as guidelines but what you decide to donate is a matter for your discretion and your honour.
- £90+ for a five-day Process period
- £170+ for a ten-day Process period
- £240+ for a fifteen-day Process period
If you ask me, I may agree to less than the above minimum for any given Process period.
The donation is made before the Process period begins. As a voluntary gift (not a payment for a product or service), a donation is irrevocable, even if you don’t complete (or even start) the Process period to which it relates. Donations can be made by electronic transfer of money, cryptocurrency, cash or any other form that I may agree to (for example, precious metal, food, seeds, livestock).
After your donation is received, the starting date of the Process period will be as agreed between you and me.
Any Process period not completed by the end of the second day following the day it should have been completed is deemed to have been completed at the end of that second day. This allows two days’ grace in case you miss a day or two or start late, but imposes a cut-off point so that no Process period is left open-ended. The ideal, of course, is that you honour your agreement to start the Process period on the agreed date and complete it without missing a day. If you’re unable to begin or complete a Process period because of an emergency or extenuating circumstances, tell me as soon as possible and in that case we can reschedule.
Acknowledgement of your personal responsibility
You freely and voluntarily choose to participate in the Process and you assume all responsibility and risk for participating in the Process and for all consequences thereof.
During the Process you will act with honour and respect and not engage in any irresponsible or abusive conduct. You will not at any time publish anything false, derogatory or abusive about the Process or me online or in any other medium.
The Process is about personal responsibility, being a grown-up and clearing things that keep you stuck in unresolved childhood patterns. As a grown-up you’re entirely responsible for yourself, your actions, thoughts, emotions and well-being. You’re free to choose to do the Process or not do it. By choosing to do it you’re indicating your willingness to find out what will happen, to accept whatever happens or doesn’t happen, and to be responsible for your emotional and mental responses. If you’re not willing to have some degree of personal responsibility, and to increase it through doing the Process, then you shouldn’t do the Process.
It follows from your being responsible for your actions and your voluntarily choosing to do the Process that there will be no complaint or criticism about the Process, its results or perceived lack of results. You always cause results by doing the Process (as you also do in your life in general), whether you’re aware of them or not and whether you like them or not.
No specific results from the Process are guaranteed or implied and no liability is accepted by me for anything that does or doesn’t happen as a result of the Process or your participation in it.
The Process is not advice, counselling, therapy, healing, or medical or psychiatric treatment, and it doesn’t diagnose, treat, cure, alleviate or prevent any medical or psychiatric condition.
Miscellaneous matters
You affirm and promise that you’re of adult age in your country of residence and at least 18 years old, that you have mental capacity to enter into this agreement and to participate in the Process, and that you don’t have any serious psychiatric or mental illness or disorder.
You indemnify me and will always hold me harmless in respect of all and any liability related to the Process.
This is the entire agreement between you and me and nothing else said or written forms part of it unless you and I specifically agree in writing.
If there’s any conflict, inconsistency or discrepancy between this agreement and content elsewhere on this website, this agreement takes precedence.
This agreement is governed by English law and all claims and disputes arising out of or relating to the Process or this agreement may be brought only in an English court.
I may terminate this agreement if you don’t comply with any part of it. On such termination any payments already made by you to me are non-returnable but I may, in my discretion, choose to return all or part of them.
Anything in this agreement that expressly or impliedly continues after completion of the Process or termination of this agreement shall continue.
I may change this agreement without prior notice, but if a Process period has already begun those changes won’t apply to that Process period. By requesting to participate in the Process after a change in this agreement (whether your request is through this website or direct to me) you are agreeing to the latest version of this agreement.
